Our township development, based on a visionary master plan will span 15 years with works expected to commence in 2013. The value of the project is significantly hinged on the strategic location that it commands in the matured surrounding suburbia of Petaling Jaya, Subang, Subang Jaya, Kelana Jaya, Shah Alam, Damansara and Sungai Buloh. Location, accessibility and connectivity will play their part in making this new township different from any other.

The development is designed to act as catalyst to stimulating socio-economic growth, entrepreneurial activity and job creation. It will spur new business and commercial opportunities for working communities in the region. The township will leverage a target population of 150,000 to become engaged in building new lines of businesses and facilities for enhanced community living and the generation of new wealth.

The MRT takes centre stage in the township master plan as it forms the hub and nucleus from which an integrated transport network will be developed. There will be two MRT stations dedicated to facilitating easy travel throughout the Klang Valley. On the ground, buses and taxis will provide speedy commute within the district and throughout the commercial centres and residential enclaves. Overall, there will be a comprehensive outlay of roads, rail and highways, such as the NKVE, Guthrie Corridor and DASH, linking the township to the rest of Greater Kuala Lumpur.
